To choose the option that best describes you, click the title:

1. I am currently registered (2013) as a USSF Referee, Assignor, Assessor, Instructor and/or Futsal Referee.
 - How do I logon and view my information?

Logon
To logon to the system for the first time, click Login in the Menu at the top of the page.  The following page will be displayed.

 
If you already have a GameOfficials Username and Password through the GameOfficials Assignment system, you will be able to use that Username and Password to log into the COReferees.org Registration and Learning system.  If you do not know or have forgotten your Username or Password, click the Help links below.

Enter your Username and Password in the fields and click the [Log In] button.  If you successfully log into the system the following page will display.

I forgot or do not know my Username
To request that your Username be emailed to you, from the LogIn page, click the [Forgot Username or Password] button.

The following form will be displayed:

Enter the email that you have on file in the Email Address textbox and click the [Find Username] button. A confirmation will be displayed.
 
Check your email that will inform you of your Username.
I forgot or do not know my Password
If you have forgotten or do not know your Password, click on the [Forgot Username or Password] button on the LoginIn form.

The following form will be displayed:

Enter your Username and your Primary Email address in the two textbox fields and click the [Request New Password] button.  The following will be displayed if the Username and Email address were found:

Check your email for a temporary password.  The next time you LogIn you must use this password.  You will not be required to change your password the next time you LogIn.  It is recommended that you change your password.  For instruction on how to change your password, see the help below, "I want to change my Password."
I want to change my Username
If you want to change your Username, LogIn to the system.  From the below screen, click the Change Username link on the upper right side of the screen.

The following form will be displayed:

Enter your new Username in both fields and enter your Password in the Confirm Password field.  Click the [SAVE (Change Username)] button.  A confirmation request will be displayed.  Click the [OK] button.  A confirmed form will be displayed and a confirmation email with your new Username will be sent to your email address.
I want to change my Password
If you want or need to change your Password, LogIn to the system.  From the below screen, click the Change Password link on the upper right side of the screen.

The following form will be displayed:

Enter your old password or the temporary password that you received in an email.  enter your new password in both New Password fields and click the [SAVE (Change Password)] button.  The following confirmation form will be displayed and a conformation email will be sent to your email address.

2. I have never been a Referee and would like to become a Referee

3. How do I get assigned to games?

Games are assigned by USSF registered Assignors.  COSRC maintains a list of certified Assignors and the clubs and Leagues thye assign for on this website. This list contains their phone numbers, email addresses and, where available, their website URLs.   To get a list of current Assignors that you can contact, click Here.

4. I am a Grade 9 Referee and would like to become a Grade 8 Referee

You must register for a Grade 8 Entry level Clinic.  To see instructions for registering for a Clinic, click Here.  (To be developed)

5. I have never been an Assignor and would like to become an Assignor

Please follow this process if you want to become an Assignor and you have never registered with this site or the USSF.  THE COSRC will make announcments on this website when courses are available to become a certified USSF Assignor.  

6. I have been a certified referee in the last 2 years (2012 or 2013) and need help to recertify for the current year (2014)

If you were a registered member and had a logon in the prior two years. 

Logon
To logon into the system for the first time, click Login in the Menu at the top of the page.  . . . . .

 To re-register for the current year, you must register for the Online Recertification Clinic and complete the Online 100 question Recertificatiion Exam.  To see instructions for registering for the online Recertification Clinic and online exam, click Here.  (To be developed)

7. I have been a certified referee but have let my certification lapse for 3 or more years

Two Options:

  • Not registered for 3-5 years.  Follow the procedures outlined in Help Option 1, above.  If you have your USSF ID, please enter it facilitate completing your Registration Information and keeping your USSF registration history.  You must also register for an Entry Level Clinic.

  • Not registered for over five years (2009 or prior). Follow the procedures outlined in Help Option 2, above. If you have your USSF ID, please enter it facilitate completing your Registration Information and keeping your USSF registration history. You must also register for an Entry Level Clinic.

8. I am a certified Referee in another State and want to transfer my USSF Registration to Colorado

Welcome to Colorado!  Complete Step 1 in Option 2 above to create your Username and password and basic personal information.  Send an email to the CRC Registrar of your intentions and indicating that you have completed Step 1 of creating your User information.  In the email include the State Association that you are transferring from, your Date of Birth, and your USSF ID. The Registrar will contact you with further information.
